Software Project Manager

Daily Responsibilities

Oversight of Customer Implementation. Responsible for:

• Reviewing requirements
• Coordinating project schedules with clients and developers
• Translating requirements to technical staff
• Project cost estimation
• Project planning, control and execution
• Managing staffing requirements
• Ensuring that project is complete in timely manner
• Coordinating IT staff to include Developers, QA and Testing
• Working independently with guidance from Senior Management
• Providing weekly reports outlining status of implementation and feedback regarding market demands
• Improving current Project Management processes and software development procedures
• Working with technical staff to help build and grow accounts

Have the ability to quickly grow into a Lead position with the responsibility of guiding a team of PM's.

Requirements

• Years of experience (min): 3-7
• Degree: Bachelors
• Bachelors: Management, Information technology
• Skills: Must have strong oral and written communication skills, be able to multi-task, and have experience overseeing the development and operations of software development. Strong understanding of Project Management, timelines, customer relationships is required. Experience with project estimation, communication, monitoring, reporting is required.
