Growing software company seeking energetic Tech Support Rep (Annandale- 12 mi from DC inside the loop)

Seeking an energetic entry level Technical Support Representative to handle inquiries, train new customers, resolve installation issues and assist Project Managers with customer support issues.

Requirements:

• Solid written and oral communication skills. Excellent spoken and written English required
• Understanding of cpanel and web hosting
• Solid knowledge of the Internet and web based applications, MS Word and Excel
• Positive attitude/team player, good sense of humor
• Self starter/initiative
• Ability to manage multiple objectives concurrently and handle the pressures of a fast paced environment
