Answers to most frequently asked questions can also be found here. We advise you to check the forums first when you have some questions in mind. If you cannot find the answers here, you can try using the other methods.

This is the most recommended way of requesting a customization and reporting bugs, but this method is only applicable for our existing customers. If there’s a bug that suddenly appears on your directory site, or if there’s something you want to change in its design and functionalities, then you can log in to your ChangeRequest account and open a new case containing your concern. Through this method, you will have the chance of communicating directly with the Project Manager.
