For you to understand the entire application more, let’s enumerate the three user types it has. These users are the ones for whom the application is designed. Each plays an important role to the system. The roles are explained below.

  • Site Manager

The Site Manager is the administrator (or moderator) of the whole directory site. He/she is the site owner; therefore he/she is the only person who has full privilege to access and control the entire system via the Site Manager account. In this account, the Site Manager can make almost everything appear on both the Member accounts and directory front.

  • Members or Advertisers

Members are those individuals or businesses who signed up in the directory front. Once you have a member account, you can post listings, classifieds, events, etc. Of course, you have to pay for what you post. This is how the Site Manager earns money. The Site Manager will only confirm an advertisement once it is paid. And upon confirmation, the advertisement becomes available in the directory front.

  • Site Visitors or Customers

These are the potential buyers of the products (or services) posted in the directory front. Directory front is the interface that you see when you go to a directory site. One does not have to sign up to access this.
