James Chubb

CEO

James Chubb leads product development and overall strategy. He brings more than 12 years experience building web applications and leading software development teams.

James founded Arca Solutions to provide outsourcing services for media and technology companies. Prior to Arca Solutions, James was a software engineer with Logictier, a managed service provider with customers including Sony and the 2002 Winter Olympics.

James has a BS in Computer Engineering from the Johns Hopkins University.

Daniel Talon

Director of Operations

Experience: 9 years experience developing internet applications and managing engineering teams. A native Brazilian, Daniel is fluent in English and Portuguese.
Education: BS Computer Science, UNESP Bauru, Sao Paulo.

Fernando Hideo Umetsu

Director of Latin America

Experience: Responsible for operations in Brasil. Has 10 years of experience developing and managing national and international projects for the web and mobile platforms. Speaker and lecturer at both undergraduate and post graduate level.
Education: BS Computer Engineer, Master Business Information Systems in Information Security

Manager of Support

Experience: 5 years of experience with customer service, 4 years of experience as a Network/Sysadmin
