"Unfortunately, my experience with eDirectory has not been a great one. The sales team was kind, the support staff is also kind, but the platform itself has been nothing but problems. The "staging site," which is where all the backend work for the actual website is supposed to take place, doesn't even load. I can't login to my own platform, it doesn't pull up, and there are 0 helpful articles that cover this issue. I have had long conversations including text-based chat, online chat, email, and even a phone call, and it's still an issue. At this point, I've lost 3 months of production that I can't get back. I'm no longer interested in resolutions, since clearly it's not a thing that can be fixed quickly. Instead, you'll find me taking my business to https://www.brilliantdirectories.com"

Once I joined, I received a lot of resources via email, which are great to get started. There are very informative and useful videos as well.
